What is civil liability?


Liability insurance is a contract which guarantees the pecuniary consequences incurred by the insured when the latter causes material or bodily damage to a third party, whether through negligence, carelessness, his children, servants, animals or things for which he is responsible. However, this does not cover the facts that the insured would have intentionally committed.
